These terms apply when you request a quote, confirm a booking or purchase balloon decor services from MnM Balloons.
- Please read these terms before confirming your booking.
- Any booking-specific details agreed in writing will form part of your booking.
- Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Quotes are based on the details provided.
Quotes are prepared using the event type, date, location, access information, design brief and services requested. A quote is not a confirmed booking until MnM Balloons confirms availability and any required payment has been received.
Design changes depend on availability.
We will try to help with changes to colours, products, timings or venue details, but changes are subject to stock, diary availability and any extra costs involved.
Please tell us as early as possible.
Cancellation terms may depend on the notice given, materials ordered, work already completed and hire items reserved. Any non-refundable amount will be explained when confirming the booking.
Safe setup needs clear information.
You are responsible for providing accurate venue details, access times, parking or loading information, permission for installation and a safe area for setup. Delays or restrictions may affect the final display.
Weather can affect balloons.
Outdoor balloon decor can be affected by wind, heat, rain and direct sunlight. MnM Balloons may recommend changes, relocation or cancellation of an outdoor setup if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.
Props remain MnM Balloons property.
Hired props, stands, frames, shimmer walls, LED numbers and other equipment remain the property of MnM Balloons unless agreed otherwise. Loss, damage or late return may be charged.
Please supervise the display.
Once setup is complete, the customer or venue is responsible for supervising guests around the display. Balloons and props should not be moved, climbed on, pulled apart or used in an unsafe way.
We may photograph finished work.
MnM Balloons may take photographs or videos of completed decor for portfolio, website and social media use. Tell us before your event if you prefer your display not to be used in this way.
We aim to deliver with care.
MnM Balloons is not responsible for issues caused by inaccurate information, unsafe venue conditions, weather, third-party interference or events outside our reasonable control.
